Senator Gary Stevens, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                      
that the Community and Regional Affairs Committee referral be                                       
waived on SENATE BILL NO. 100 "An Act relating to enhanced 911                                      
surcharges imposed by a municipality." Without objection, it was so                                 
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
President pro tempore Green added a Finance Committee referral to                                   
the bill. SENATE BILL NO. 100 was referred to the Finance                                           
Committee.
